Since the last two releases Lauren has continued to write and record for herself and for other artists as well as starting a whole new venture running community choirs singing her own arrangements of classic and contemporary rock and pop songs. Over the last year she and partner Charles have put together their favourite tracks from a larger body of work and brought them together on what has become the latest studio release, "Retrospective".

"Since finishing the last tour, I have constantly been asked when the next album was coming out. Charley and I were keen for people who have followed my career and enjoyed my music to hear some of the songs I have recorded over the last few years and so we selected our top 16 and here they are..

Modern Woman

Lauren's debut album "Modern Woman" was released to widespread acclaim in 2003. It was supported by BBC regional radio stations nationwide and played on several specialist music shows on BBC Radio 2. Lauren and her band were regulars on the London jazz club circuit where they consistently played to packed houses. In 2005 she signed a pan-European deal with ZYX records and began touring on the continent. The "Story of Us" was released as a radio single and the album sold in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France. She also built a fan base in the US where the album is still regularly downloaded.

From Berlin to Brooklyn

A live double album / DVD released in 2007, recorded in the UK, USA and Europe entitled "From Berlin to Brooklyn". The DVD and double live album is an audio scrapbook of Lauren's travelling, touring, gigging, writing, recording and broadcasting over the preceding three years.
